If you are from outside the EU or from Romania, you can hire me cheaply. I am starting a software business (Romanian PFA).
I know Python and Ruby. I have extensive experience with web development and Pandas. See my CV for more details.
Got €20? I can work for an hour, depending on the project. I can implement features, fix bugs, do code review, testing, refactoring, or anything else related to software engineering.
Want to sponsor a contribution to an open source project? In that case, I only ask for €10 per hour.
Want a fixed quote for a task? I can do that too. In fact, I prefer it - it allows me to improve my estimates on my own money.
Want to hire me full-time? Right now, I am only available for 20 hours per week.
I use Agile development - I want you to evaluate my work often, and provide feedback. The more often you provide feedback, the sooner it gets done.
I accept (and actually encourage) cryptocurrency. For smaller payments I recommend Bitcoin Cash. But I can also take a bank transfer if you prefer.
I am VAT-exempt; but for VAT bureaucracy reasons, I can't work for clients in the EU other than Romania.
